These picture were taken at the beginning of November (when it was still dry). If you're wondering about the blue around Noah's mouth, he had been eating a stamp pad earlier.

2009 Dixie Classic Fair

We had the best time at the Dixie Classic Fair yesterday. The weather was perfect - slightly overcast with a nice fall breeze and the temperature stayed just below 70 degrees. Maria and I look forward to going to this fair every year and I know that the kids had just as much fun as we did this year. We got a pass for Autumn so that she could ride all the kiddie rides, which she did. Although Noah didn’t want to ride anything other than the carousel, he had a blast waiving to Autumn on the rides. We all had fun petting and feeding animals after going through the kiddie rides. Finally, we all enjoyed eating our favorite fair foods in the old-timey part of the fairgrounds, roasted corn, homemade ice cream, mini doughnuts (that’s right Chris, those fresh-made mini doughnuts), and Polish sausage. We skipped the fried candy and fried butter this year.
